The Ilam Provincial Municipal Learning Centre (PMLC) serves as a key capacity-building institution for municipal representatives and staff in Koshi Province, Nepal. We provide customized training programs focused on strengthening municipal governance, along with expert advisory services and interactive platforms for experience sharing and collaboration.

Our mission is to empower municipalities with the knowledge, skills, and tools necessary to deliver effective, transparent, and citizen-centered governance.
